When the kids come to visit we have fun chopping up meat, shrimp, mushrooms, onions, peppers - etc. and putting them in separate bowls -
Then we lay out the sticks and everyone makes their own kabob for the grill with whatever they want. This is great because my daughter-in-law is a vegetarian and the little kids love it too.
We bought a Weber propane grill this summer and I'm hooked - I think I'll be out in the yard in January cooking on it! |
